1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flytinery, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

Flytinery provides AI-powered flight intelligence including fare search, price tracking, and travel insights. We do not sell tickets directly. Booking is completed through airline or third-party platforms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Fare predictions, price analysis, and travel recommendations are generated by AI and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions or availability of fares.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flytinery is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service, including but not limited to missed flights, incorrect fare information, or booking errors.

6. Fare Strategy Risks

Flytinery’s scoring system may identify and surface fare strategies including, but not limited to, hidden-city ticketing (booking an itinerary with a connection and disembarking at the connecting city rather than the final destination) and self-transfer bookings (combining two or more separately-ticketed flights not sold as a single itinerary by the airlines involved). By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • These strategies may violate the contract of carriage of the airline(s) involved. Most airlines’ terms explicitly prohibit hidden-city ticketing and reserve the right to take action against passengers who use it.
  • Possible consequences include, without limitation: cancellation of return or onward flight segments, retroactive billing for the fare difference between the ticketed itinerary and the passenger’s actual travel, forfeiture or suspension of frequent flyer / loyalty program accounts, and in some cases suspension of the airline account used to book.
  • Self-transfer bookings carry inherent risk of missed connections for which no single airline is responsible, since the segments are not ticketed together. Missed connection costs, rebooking, and any resulting expenses are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
  • Baggage is not through-checked on self-transfer itineraries unless explicitly stated; passengers are responsible for collecting and re-checking bags between segments where required.
  • Flytinery does not book travel, act as a travel agent, or serve as a party to any airline contract of carriage. Flytinery provides informational scoring and analysis only. Any decision to purchase a ticket using a flagged strategy is made solely at the user’s discretion and risk.
  • Flytinery expressly disclaims all liability for any loss, cost, denied boarding, cancelled itinerary, loyalty account action, or other consequence arising from a user’s decision to use a hidden-city, self-transfer, or other fare strategy identified by the platform.
  • We recommend users review the applicable airline’s contract of carriage and consider purchasing ticket-specific travel insurance before booking any flagged itinerary.
